Foundation
Shaking Quakie was started with the goal of bringing customer delight and quality woodwork to the Colorado market. There are many good craftsmen around the metro area, but some are just that. We want you to have the best possible experience with the development, design, and execution of your project.

With over 20 years of construction experience, 15 of those with one of the largest general contractors in the world, we understand that every project has its own set of challenges from design through construction. There is no challenge or problem that we can't solve for our clients to deliver the project of their dreams.

Where We Started
Started in a 10x12 space in the basement of our townhouse in Lakewood, Colorado, it was here that we learned the art of utilizing small spaces to make big changes.
Building Towards a Larger Vision
Moved to Parker, Colorado, and more than doubled our workspace in a two-car garage. Started taking on larger work and scaling.
Building Bigger Projects for Our Customers
Built our dream workshop, a 3,000 square foot building to house all our tools and materials to expand the company, continue to scale, and take on larger and more intricate projects.

Cody was born and raised in Vermont and moved to Colorado in 2011. Since then, Cody has married his beautiful wife, Emily, and they have had their first child, Vera. A baby boy is on the way, and that will round out their family of 4 (7 if you include the dogs; Annie, Bil,l and Rory).
